Software Developer

We develop industry-leading software for 3D simulation and control of CNC tube bending machines. Our software simulates the tube bending process to detect and correct for collisions, interfaces to servo motors, I/O systems, robots, and other devices to control tube bending machines.

You will work with a small team of experienced and smart developers to help build our next generation products. This is a great opportunity if you want to learn new technologies and build awesome software.

Primary Duties

  • Collaborate and help design software with our team
  • Follow coding standards and best practices
  • Write lots of code, clean code
  • Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases
  • Work with internal and external customers

 

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant experience
  • Experience with high-level programming languages

Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking to hire a technical human who wants to learn new technologies and advance their career. As a member of our technical support team, you will help resolve software and hardware issues for our customers.

This position handles the delivery of first-tier technical support and the resolution of customer issues. This includes being responsible for issues of moderate complexity and ensuring advanced issues are elevated to appropriate personnel and in a timely fashion. As a valued individual of our team, you'll develop and share strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of issue tracking and knowledge management tools. We are looking for a person with great troubleshooting skills who thrives in a team environment and approaches their job and challenges with a good attitude and as a team player.

Primary Duties
  • Provide technical support, responsible for software and hardware related customer issues
  • Escalate advanced support issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Document support inquiries and improve issue tracking and knowledge management tools

 

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • Technical degree in electronics, computing, engineering, or equivalent experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems
  • The ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Great troubleshooting skills
  • Good attention to detail

 

Helpful Qualifications/Skills
  • Experience providing direct support to external customers by phone, electronically, and face-to-face
  • Hands-on experience with software and computer hardware
  • Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude
